Wheelchair Rugby Australia has made a strategic decision to move wheelchair rugby in Queensland under the auspices of Wheelchair Rugby Queensland (WRQ) – a branch of Wheelchair Rugby Australia (WRA). The move marks a significant step forward, with a single-sport focused sporting organisation providing comprehensive support and opportunities for athletes through the development and growth of wheelchair rugby in the State.
